To verify your identity, go to the "My Profile" Section (also accessible under Support > Account Settings)
You can access your Profile by clicking your name or photo at the top right corner of the dashboard.
Upload ID Documents (if required)
For identity verification, upload:
- Government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, etc.)
- Address Verification (address fields filled out correctly, including Zip code and Country)
- Selfie or facial scan (required)
This step is required for full access or higher limits.
IMPORTANT:
Verify Contact Details
- Email Verification: Check your inbox / SPAM for a confirmation code.
- Phone Verification: Enter the SMS code sent to your mobile number.
Complete Setup
Once verified, your e-Wallet account is ready to use.
You can now send money, receive payments, create invoices, and more.
