What is a Notice of Dispute?
A Notice of Dispute is your formal communication that a transaction is incorrect, unauthorized, or problematic. It triggers our investigation and resolution procedures.
When to File a Notice of Dispute
- Within 60 days of the transaction date for most cases
- Immediately upon noticing unauthorized or fraudulent activity
Filing as soon as possible helps protect your rights and speeds resolution.
How to Submit a Notice of Dispute
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to “Transactions” or “Disputes.”
- Select the transaction you want to dispute
- Click “File a Dispute.”
- Provide:
- Transaction details
- Reason for dispute
- Supporting evidence (optional but recommended)
- Submit the dispute form
You will receive a confirmation and a case number.
What Happens After Filing?
- Our dispute team reviews your claim
- We may contact you for additional info
- The transaction status will be updated as Under Review
- Resolution typically takes 5–10 business days
