Ahoy and welcome aboard!
The MarinaOne Activation Process begins as soon as you purchase your MarinaOne subscription. Follow the steps below to activate your account, complete your initial setup, and prepare your marina for operations.
Activation Email & First Login
After your purchase, an activation email will be sent to the email address linked to your LockTrust Wallet.
This email includes everything you need to access MarinaOne for the first time:
- Login URL
- Username
- Password
- PIN
For security, MarinaOne will automatically prompt you to update your password after your first login.
Once your password is updated, your account is fully activated.
Initial Setup Steps
After logging in, complete these two essential setup steps before adding slips, rooms, events, or members.
1. Company Setup — Add Branch
Create your Main Branch by entering:
- Company Name
- Branch Name
- Phone Number + Country Code
- Email Address
- Description
- Address
Click Submit to save your branch details.
2. Invoice Settings
Configure your invoicing preferences:
- Invoice ID Format (Sequence or Random)
- Currency
- Invoice Prefix
- Invoice Note
- Terms & Conditions
- Invoice Signature Upload
- Invoice Logo Upload
Once saved, your invoice settings will apply to all future billing and payment activities.
Next Steps After Setup
Once your Company Setup and Invoice Settings are complete, your marina is ready for full configuration. You can now begin setting up the core operational modules included with your MarinaOne subscription:
- Slip Categories
- Slip Details
- Member Onboarding
- Payment Collection and Contract Management
If you have purchased additional add‑ons, you will also be able to configure:
- Room Types and Room Details (Add‑On)
- Event Types and Venue Setup (Add‑On)
These modules allow you to expand your marina’s capabilities and manage rooms, events, and venue bookings directly within MarinaOne.
