Step 1: Submit Your Merchant Application
- Visit apply.locktrust.com
- Toggle the dropdown for Software Needed: Studio
- Fill out your business details and submit the form
- What happens next: Our team reviews your application and sends a confirmation email

Step 2: Check Your Application Status.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Lock Trust
- If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact support@locktrust.com
Step 3: Log In to Studio EMS
Option A: Via Lock Trust E-Wallet
- Open your Lock Trust E-Wallet app
- Find “StudioOne” EMS in the App Store section
- Tap Login and enter your credentials
Option B: Direct Website Access
- Welcome email with login link and a brief getting-started guide.
- Enter your username and password
Step 4: Set Up Your Studio Profile
- Enter your Studio Name, Business Type, and Timezone
- Upload your Logo and Branding Assets
- Confirm your Contact Info and Business Address
- Save your profile.
