How to Purchase Add‑Ons or Upgrade Your MarinaOne Subscription

Modules that are not included in your current subscription will appear with a lock icon. These modules can be unlocked by purchasing an add‑on or upgrading your subscription.

Your MarinaOne subscription is tied to your Lock Trust Wallet, which manages your billing and payment methods.

How to Purchase Add‑Ons or Upgrade Your Subscription

1. Go to a Locked Feature
   Navigate to any module that shows a lock icon.
   Example: Room Management.
2. Select Purchase Add‑Ons
   Click:
   Room Management → Purchase Add‑Ons
3. Choose Your Payment Method
   You’ll be prompted to select how you want to pay:
   • Card on File (LT Wallet)
   • Wallet Balance
4. Review Prorated Amount
   MarinaOne will automatically calculate a prorated charge based on your current billing cycle.
5. Proceed to Payment
   Confirm the amount and complete the purchase.

Purchase Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive:

• Text Message
  Includes confirmation of your purchase and your updated wallet balance.
• Email Receipt
  Includes:

• Amount charged
• Activation date
• Updated subscription total
• Confirmation of the module you unlocked

Accessing Your New Module

Once the purchase is complete:

• Log in again or
• Refresh your screen

Your newly activated module will now be fully accessible.
