Keeping your profile up to date ensures smooth transactions, account security, and accurate communication. You can easily update your personal or business details from your account dashboard.
How to Update Your Profile
- Log in to your account.
- You can access “My Profile” by clicking your name or photo at the top right corner of the dashboard. (also accessible under Support > Account Settings)
What You Can Update
You can update the following profile information at any time:
| Field | Description |
| Display Name | First and last name, or business name |
| Profile Photo or Logo | JPG/PNG under 5MB |
| Phone Number | For SMS verification and account recovery |
| Email Address | For login, notifications, and receipts |
| Business Details | Company name, tax ID, support contact |
| Public Profile Info | Bio, website, tagline, social links |
| Billing Address | For compliance and payment verification |
Some fields may require re-verification for security reasons.

4. Update KYC documents for verification, (Any valid Government-Issued Photo ID, and e-KYC)
Updating Sensitive Information
For email address, phone number, or business/legal name:
- You may receive a verification code
- Some updates (like tax ID or country of residence) may trigger KYC review
You’ll be notified if additional documents are required
Updating Public-Facing Info
To customize how others see your profile when you send invoices or payment links:
- Go to Settings > Public Profile
- Edit your business name, logo, description, and contact info
- Save and preview your profile
