Lock Trust offers three types of account deactivation, depending on your needs.
To access this feature,
- Click your name or photo at the top-right corner of the dashboard, choose Account Settings > Deactivate Account
- Or navigate via Support > Account Settings> Deactivate Account
1. Permanent Deactivation
2. Temporary Deactivation
Ideal if you want to take a short break from using your account.
- Choose the number of days you'd like your account to be deactivated.
- The system will automatically display the reactivation date.
- Click Submit to confirm.
3. Security Deactivation
Use this option if you suspect any suspicious activity or believe your account has been compromised.
- You’ll have the option to change your Wallet ID or Username for added security.
Select the item you'd like to change, then click Submit.
