If you’ve forgotten your login password or transaction PIN—or just want to update them for security—you can reset them quickly using the steps below.
Resetting Your Login Password
If You Can Access Your Account:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings > Account Settings (also accessible by clicking your name or photo at the top right corner of the dashboard.)
- Click “Change Password.”
- Enter your current password, then your new password
- Click Submit.
- Enter OTP and click Submit
Your new password will take effect immediately.
If You Can’t Log In:
- Go to the Login screen
- Click “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your registered phone number (no spaces and/or special characters)
- Enter OTP and click Submit
- A pop-up message will appear stating that a reset password link has been sent to your registered email.
- Check your inbox or SMS for a reset link or code
- Follow the link to create a new password
- You'll be redirected to the sign-in page. Log in using your new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email or code, check your spam folder or wait a few minutes before requesting again.
Resetting Your Transaction PIN
Your 4- or 6-digit PIN is used for wallet payments, withdrawals, and security confirmations.
If You’re Logged In:
- Go to Settings > Security > PIN
- Tap “Change PIN”
- Enter your current PIN, then your new PIN
- Confirm the new PIN and tap Save
If You Forgot Your PIN:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings > Security > PIN
- Tap “Forgot PIN?”
- Verify your identity using:
- Security questions or
- A verification code sent to your email or phone
- Set a new PIN
For security, you may be temporarily locked out after multiple failed PIN attempts. Please wait 10–15 minutes before trying again.
Security Tips
- Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters, with numbers & symbols)
- Never reuse your PIN or password from other apps
- Update your password every 3–6 months
- Do not use your name, or variations of your email address as your password
